LendKaki Loan Match operates as a loan comparison and matching platform. We are NOT a direct lender or financial institution. Our service: • Connects borrowers with licensed financial institutions • Provides loan comparison tools and calculators • Facilitates the loan application process We do not: • Provide loans directly • Guarantee loan approval • Set interest rates or loan terms • Make lending decisions

LOAN MATCHING SERVICE ONLY This platform is a loan matching service, not a direct lender. We do not charge any fees or commissions from borrowers for using our service. INTEREST RATES Actual interest rates start from 1.38% p.a. for bank loans. Licensed moneylenders may charge up to 4% per month as regulated by the Ministry of Law (Minlaw). The Effective Interest Rate (EIR) you receive depends on your individual credit profile and the lender's assessment. NO GUARANTEE We do not guarantee loan approval. All lending decisions are made solely by our partner lenders based on their own credit assessment criteria.

Our partner lenders include: • Banks regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) • Licensed moneylenders registered with the Registry of Moneylenders All partner lenders are required to comply with: • Moneylenders Act and Rules • Banking Act • Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) • Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act Users are encouraged to verify lender licenses at the Ministry of Law website before proceeding with any loan application.

By using our service, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Be at least 21 years of age • Meet the minimum income requirements for your residency status • Not use the service for any illegal purposes • Review all loan terms carefully before accepting any offer You acknowledge that: • Loan approval is subject to lender assessment • Interest rates and terms may vary based on your credit profile • You are responsible for repaying any loans you accept
